The Arab Board for Health Specializations in Iraq (AHBSI) has recognised the IPLS Course as a prerequisite for the training of Paediatric residents in Iraq from 2018. Paediatric Residents taking the IPLS Course will receive two certificates, one which is the standard IPLS certificate and another which shows the AHBSI logo as well. Residents from around Iraq are welcome to attend the course at any of the five current centres. We hope in the future to provide more centres that are convenient for more residents.

The IPLS faculty is very thankful to AHBSI for their dedication and the spirit of cooperation by which this important milestone in resuscitation training has been reached in Iraq.
