The INLS course is being developed by the IPLS Faculty in Australasia. INLS will join IPLS as a course under the umbrella of the International Resuscitation Group (IRG). The course will have basic and advanced modules and we hope to be able to deliver it during 2018. Stay tuned for upcoming news!

With the opening of the new Maternity and Babies Teaching Hospital in Misan, the IPLS centre will move there from December 2017. The course will continue to be provided by Dr Hussein and Dr Esraa.
CWTH has just finished its 8th IPLS course! The hospital director, Dr Yasir Ibrahim, was also present. Well done to the seven graduates and thanks to Dr Mustafa Al-Anbaki and the rest of the IPLS team at CWTH.
The Arab Board for Health Specializations in Iraq (AHBSI) has recognised the IPLS Course as a prerequisite for the training of Paediatric residents in Iraq from 2018. The first IPLS Course was provided in Basra by the Australasian Faculty in May 2017. Regular courses will be running soon at Basra General Teaching Hospital.
